How it works

When a meeting transcript arrives from your meeting tool (Fireflies, Otter, Read.ai), AI reads it, extracts every action item, and identifies who owns each one based on what was said.

For each action, a task gets created in your project tool with the owner assigned, due date suggested, and the relevant transcript excerpt linked. A summary email goes to attendees. Nobody can claim they "didn't know they owned that."
