The AI Audit
One hour, and you will know exactly where AI fits in your business
Not a demo and not a sales meeting. We go through how your business actually runs, and you get a written plan of the three to five things worth automating first.
Step 1
The audit
One hour, on a call or in person. No preparation needed.
We go through how the business actually runs. The systems you pay for, whether they talk to each other, and the jobs that quietly eat the week. The ones done twice, done by hand, or left for a Friday because nobody else will do them.
Step 2
The report
Written, back with you within 24 hours.
Where things stand today, and where the hours are actually going.
Three to five things you can implement now, in the order I would do them, each costed in hours a month.
A roadmap for what further AI implementation looks like at 3, 6 and 12 months.
Then half an hour together to walk through it, before you decide anything.
Step 3
Putting it to work
Your call, and both are real options.
You implement it yourself. The report is yours to keep either way, several of these are an afternoon's work, and questions are free while you do them.
Or I do it. Quoted off the report as a fixed piece of work, so the number is known before anything starts.
Everything is built in your own accounts, on tools you already own. If we stopped working together tomorrow, it all keeps running and none of it leaves with me.
Book the hour
Pick a time that suits you. One hour, R4 500, report within 24 hours.
Not ready to book?
That is completely fine. Tell me what the problem is and I will tell you whether it is worth automating, at no charge and with no obligation. Plenty of the answers are "buy this two hundred rand tool and do it yourself", and I would rather say that in an email than sell you an hour to hear it.
