Where do I actually talk to it?
Telegram. It's free, it takes two minutes to install, and it works on any phone or laptop. You message your assistant the same way you'd message a person — including sending it photos and documents.
Do I need a server, or to leave something running?
No. It runs on our infrastructure. Nothing to switch on, nothing to maintain, nothing that goes down when your laptop sleeps. It's awake at 3am whether you are or not.
What does it connect to?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Monday.com work out the box. Beyond that: if your software has an API, we can connect it — Sage, Xero, Zoho, PayProp, QuickBooks, your CRM, your job management system. That's what the Custom Build tier is for. Tell us what you run on the evaluation call and we'll tell you straight whether it's possible. You approve each connection yourself and can revoke it any time.
Who can see my data?
Your connections are encrypted and scoped to your account only. We access your workspace to build and fix your automations, and we never share your data. POPIA applies and we take it seriously.
What if it gets something wrong?
Anything that leaves your business — an email, a meeting invite, a cancellation — it shows you first and waits for a yes. Internal work like filing a document or adding a row to a tracker it just does, because that's reversible and it's the whole point. In the first weeks we watch the conversations with you and tune it.
How much of my job can it actually take?
The admin, not the trade. It won't quote a job it's never seen or make a judgement call about a client. It will make sure the quote gets written, sent, filed, logged and chased. Owners tell us the surprise isn't the time saved, it's the things that stop falling through.
What if I want to stop?
Month to month. Tell us and it stops at the end of the month. Your data is yours — the trackers are in your own Google Sheets and the files are in your own Drive. Nothing to extract.
