Finance workflow
Invoice Processing
PDF invoices arriving by email get parsed and logged to your accounting system automatically.
The problem we solve
Someone on your team manually opens vendor invoices, types the data into your accounting software, calculates VAT, files the PDF in the right folder. Maybe takes 5–15 minutes per invoice. Over a year, that's a part-time admin role that produces nothing of value.
How it works
When a PDF invoice lands in your finance inbox from an approved vendor, AI reads the invoice — extracting vendor, date, amount, VAT, line items, banking details — and logs it directly to Xero, Sage, Zoho Books, or whatever you use.
The PDF gets filed, the entry gets created as a draft (so you review before finalising), and your finance person gets a notification with everything ready to approve.
What changes when you have this
Before
- ·15 minutes of manual entry per invoice
- ·VAT calculations done by hand
- ·Files scattered across email and folders
- ·Reconciliation is painful
After
- Invoice logging in under 2 minutes
- VAT extracted and verified
- PDFs filed automatically
- Reconciliation becomes trivial
Tools we integrate
Use a different tool? If it has an API, we can connect it.
Best for
- Accounting practices managing client books
- Agencies with high vendor volume (campaigns, photoshoots, freelancers)
